I have to admit I wasn't that surprised when Kris one. I love Adam but I think it was better that he didn't win. Like a few people said earlier he doesn't have to be help down by the American Idol recording contract and I'm sure some people have already offered him contracts. He's amazingggg.

Plus, he's going to be soooo much more famous than Kris in a long shot.

Adam will get farther then Kris. Adam can change his voice to since soft one minute then screaming the next. Kris sings the same way all the time. :P

I laughed so hard when Kris sang with Keith Urban(95% of my friends had no idea who he was) and then Adam sang with Kiss with tons of fireworks and giant effects and stuff xDD

^ That was the producer's way of trying to pimp Adam up. It is also why he and Kris sang with Queen.

I like Kris, I can tell he'd sing the kind of music I'd definitely listen to. What I hate is that everyone is calling it such an "upset"... that just implies that he didn't deserve to win it and has no talent or something. Obviously someone thinks he can sing if he made it to the final 2 in the first place.

They both get record deals though so whatever. Makes me sad that Kris's first single is going to be that No Boundaries song... AWFUL song lol they both did a horrible job singing it.

I looooove Colton Dixon. I loved him last year. And so of course I love him this year.


...oh and from a few seasons back..I love Casey James. By far the most naturally talented person Idol has ever had. Plus he's a complete sweetheart.

I feel bad for Colton's sister. ): She wanted to audition, but the judges made it all about him. :P

And so they should. He's far more talented. Not to mention he actually seemed happy for his sister. She was annoyed the entire time when he'd sing. According to Colton, they're really close. So the fact she acted so jealous is quite petty. His sister is good, too. But her voice is still weak. And she's only 17. She still has 11 years to audition again.

I agree... I think Colton's sister had some talent, but I mean, she definitely wasn't the best there and I couldn't see her really deserving a spot in the top 12. I'm rooting for Colon Dixon, Heejun Han, and Phil Phillips.

So so so happy for Colton! Between his performance and the fact and made it to top 24 and his reaction and his family's reaction.. Gahh.


He's definitely my favorite this year. So so so glad he made it to the top 24. He deserves this. <3

Okay, so, I don't know how many people know this yet, but.... AMERICAN IDOL IS COMING BACK IN 2018! I had just started to really like American Idol when it got canceled, so I'm excited
