Okay, so preheat the oven to 450F.
To make the dough we will want to add 1 1/3 cups of lukewarm water, the lukewarm water should be the exact same temperature of your skin, you can tell my dipping your finger in it, if it even feels slightly cold, make it warmer, if it feels even slightly warm, make it colder.
Add 2 1/4 tablespoons of yeast, and one teaspoon of sugar. Wait for a second while the yeast does its thang.
Then add 3 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour, one teaspoon of salt and one tablespoon of olive oil.
Now your dough is good, scatter some flour on the place you will be kneading the dough, and kneed the dough until it is of course dough-like and not sticky, messy, etc.
Add one teaspoon of olive oil in the bowl and put the dough back in, let it rise for 30 minutes.
Once it has *risen, take the dough out, and put some flour down again. Roll the dough into a pizza shape using a rolling pin.
Bake the plain dough for 5 minutes and take out, do not add the pizza sauce, cheese, sauce before you bake it.
Take the pizza dough out and put on the pizza sauce, your mozzarella cheese, and your toppings!
Bake for 12-15 more minutes before taking out, and it is ready!
