Hi! I'm a dancer that owns a hamster, and I am a active wear addict. Here is my review.

Lavento sports bra top:

I love this! It is a lower-medium support sports bra, but I still like it. I'm still able to comfortably do leaps and turns. If you are jumping constantly you probably need more support, but if you are dancing, doing yoga, running, ect; its good.

It is a longline which means its like crop top length. It can roll up though which means it looks a little strange. This is only if you're doing things like intense stretching though.

Its overall very comfy and my new favorite dance top.

Lets Fit Leggings

I love these leggings! They will probably slide down a little then find the natural spot on your waist and not slide down any more. They are very comfy, but make sure to size up. I'm a US size 10 which makes me a medium, but I ordered a large and it fits perfect. Poppy was crawling on me and seemingly liked my leggings so thats a plus.

Overall its my new favorite pair of leggings, because with my body type it can be hard to find leggings that stay up.

I just feel less held down when im in skin tight clothes. Like I just feel weighed down, but in winter baggy sweat pants are the only reason I dont freeze to death in my studio lol.

I am not much of a "work out" type of person XD but I almost always wear the same thing...

Some sort of sweater/hoodie or t-shirt with a jacket (I need pockets 0-0) and leggings... XD

Sweatpants don't look all that good on me but I do love them XD *so comfy*

Well...

For most of the sports I do there's a required attire...

Taekwondo- our uniform with our belt

Competitive swimming- The team bathing suits

Regular swimming- any bathing suit

I normally will just wear normal clothes when I'm working out because I don't sweat a lot luckily.

In order to choose the right tracksuit, it is enough to adhere to simple recommendations.
A tracksuit should be strictly according to the size of the person's clothes. It is unacceptable that it was tight or, conversely, more than it should be, as in the first and second case, to do sports or just to exercise will be extremely uncomfortable.
It is better to give preference to a suit, sewn from mixed fabrics, ie those that have in their composition both natural and synthetic fibers.
If possible, you should choose a suit with a net lining, because it improves ventilation between the human body and the environment.
I advise you to buy it here - https://www.malayapparel.co.uk/mens/tracksuits. Good luck to you!
