While I think it would be rad to try gouache out for myself one of these days, I'm actually posting so I could get some advice on what to gift someone I know who likes using gouache. I'm thinking about for sure getting her some brushes as her current ones aren't specifically for gouache (or watercolour, which I heard works well for gouache as well?), and she's been needing some new ones. But I think getting her some actual paint would be nice as well if possible, I'm not quite sure yet, just searching around~ 

So if you have any advice as to a specific brand or set of colors or brushes for gouache that'd be great! Preferably ones that are under $20, but I'd be willing to go up to ~$30 if needed. I know that's not a huge amount of money to work with but just what might be best for around that price

If this person is artsy perhaps they will like something like a diamond painting? These usually range from 5-15$, I know I’m not to into painting but I like diamond painting their a great gift for an artsy person. Or even not an artsy person (I’m not typically artsy).

Thank you for the suggestion! But I'm specifically looking for things relating to gouache, guess I could have phrased that a bit better in my original post, sorry!!
