I was wondering what material I should use for my snuggle sack. For the inside, should I use a fleece of some sort and cotton on the outside? If possible can you provide links what the fabric is and where to get it.

You can always use fleece both inside and out, but most other fabrics will work well outside too. Ideally, the hamster shouldn’t be chewing it, and if they are a chewer then it should only be used while being supervised outside the enclosure, so I wouldn’t worry too much about the type of fabric. I don’t have any links I’m afraid for the material I used yesterday, since it was just what I had laying around. But local craft shops or places like HobbyCraft I’m sure would have plenty of nice options.
