Hi! 😃

 

I've recently got my second robo baby, and though he is still very young and timid, we are slowly bonding day after another. He is absolutely gorgeous and so adorable, but he has a coat color that I've never seen with any of my previous robos. He has a very light grey/ silverly tone on his back with a darker undercoat and has an all white face (it's actually much lighter than what the camera shows). Since this was completely new, I researched some but the closest one I could find to him was a white husky. I also don't think he is a headspot, since they are supposed to be all white. Any thoughts...? I'll post some comparison pics with my agouti pied robo. Thanks!!

It's hard to tell from the pictures if there is a headspot. If he's got a gray shading to him, he's probably a Platinum robo. The platinum start out with gray in the coat and go more white over time.

Thanks for your insight! Since he is still pretty scared of me coming too close to his enclosure, it has been difficult to get a clear photo of him. However, if I look closely at the photo below, I can see that his grey shading continues from his body to his head, so I think he is closer to a platinum than a head spot?
