Hi everyone! I'm new here, an experienced hammy mom to my boy Ravioli. Right now he eats Sunburst and Mazuri rat and mouse pellets. However, recently I was searching for alternate food options as a backup and came across Wild Harvest advanced nutrition. I know it used to have dangerous ingredients such as dried onion and leek flakes, but those seem to no longer be listed ingredients. This food also apparently has 18% protein now. I do not plan on switching ravioli's diet  but wanted to know what y'all's opinion is on Wild Harvest and whether it is safer and/or healthier than the old formula. The protein level is surprisingly good, compared to the 15% that Sunburst currently has. Here's a link to Wild Harvest for those of you interested: https://www.chewy.com/wild-harvest-advanced-nutrition/dp/206295

There is so much soy in this mix, plus artificial colors including yellow 5 and red 40. I wouldn't use this for because of the very low variety and additives.

If you want more variety, I would get a seed mix from Etsy to use as a supplement to your regular mix.

Thanks so much! I know I'm using the best commercial foods for Ravioli right now but he isn't a fan of millet which Sunburst contains SO much of. I may look into Etsy mixes, thanks!
