How much inches of Eco Earth Coco fiber can i put in a digging box ? Is there an ideal limit ?

I'm no expert, but I think you can put as much as you'd like, personally I provide my hammy with 3 inches of it :)

I'm no expert, but I think you can put as much as you'd like, personally I provide my hammy with 3 inches of it :)

Do they dig into it ? Do they pee and poop into ? lol

Do they dig into it ? Do they pee and poop into ? lol


They definitely dig and occasionally pee but I just throw all the coco peat out once every couple of months to keep it clean.

My hammies love a fresh batch lol and they look so cute all messy.

My hammy 100% digs in it, he loves it so much! Sometimes not often though, lol.

I know I wasn't asked to answer this but,
It should be safe just make sure their is no chemicals, or other nasty added stuff, basically 100% natural. I tried my best to read it but I don't speak French sadly, lol.

It's hard to say because it doesn't give a descriptor. I'm not sure if they added anything to the peat or how they processed. I would probably stick the ones for pets, not gardening.
