Hey everyone I got my robo an EN silent runner wheel because I noticed that when he runs on his 8" full cheeks wheel he flies off sometimes. Yesterday when the wheel arrived I put it in his cage while he was sleeping and when he woke up later that night I saw him try to run on it and it seemed like he couldn't push it. While he was trying to push it I gave it a little push so that he could see what running on it felt like. This morning I saw him slowly running on it so I think that he is getting used to it. Should continue letting him get used to it or is a small silent runner too big for a robo?

Have you checked to see if the bolt on the back is loose? Or if bedding is underneath? What size did you get? Or what color if you don't know. Is it attached to the stand or a cage wall?

I made sure that there is no bedding underneath, I tightened it just now it wasn't very tight, I got the small size (yellow), and it is attached to the stand. The tightness might have been the problem, I'll watch him tonight. Thanks!

This happens sometimes with a EN wheel, this is the best video I know of, that shows how to fix the bolt loosening. You just need a simple cheap part from a hardware store.
