Thank you HH for the incredible memories in my almost NINE YEARS on this forum (come November).

 

I don't know where to start. I've used this forum off and on for over 8.5 years, it was a large part of me growing up. After many years away I returned a couple months ago inquiring as I was hoping to get a new hamster. While, I have. Her name is Mable and she's a longhaired Syrian hamster. I was hoping to share her with you all, but as the forum is closing today I don't think I'll have that chance. 

 

I really appreciate all the time and effort specific people have put into this forum, especially @missPixy, @Nebit, @HoppingHammy and others who have helped me numerous times in the past with hamster health related questions. Thank you to the community for being there for me always and for all the amazing friends I've made along the way. 
 

Without this forum I wouldn't have met one of my closest internet friends Midget7 who I still speak with today. 

 

Thank you, thank you for everything.

SyrianSugar, this was such a heartfelt post <33 I want to thank you as well for all the effort you’ve put into the forum all these years, running Secret Santa, creating info posts and being such a lovely, kind person to have around.

When I disappeared off the face of the forum in 2015-16 after my first ham passed, I was convinced no one would remember me, but you did, and you were there for me when I returned in 2017. You were the reason I decided to stay the second time around. I can wholeheartedly say that I wouldn’t still be an active member if it wasn’t for you. You were my first and oldest online friend and I treasure our friendship so much. Here’s to an amazing almost-nine years
