Well, I know a lot about GIMP. First thing you should do is get some new brushes to make some basic sigs. Go to deviantart, search GIMP brushes, and pick one you like. To add them, follow my guide here.

Ehh....Theres one problem there...
*isn't allowed on Deviantart* x_x
Can you take a screenshot of the page for me? That way I can see if its clean...>_>...Stupid rules...

Okay, here is how it should look. There is one big window with all of the tools and stuff on it that is just called GIMP. There will also be another window that has a bunch of other options on it. I don't remember much about that window, I deleted it accidentally but it doesn't matter. To make something, on the main GIMP window, go to file->new. Then, a little window will pop up that has size settings. For now, just leave it the way it is and press okay. That window will be called "untitled-GIMP 2.0" or something similar. That is the window where you use brushes and make art. To use a brush on it, click the tool on the main gimp window that looks like a paintbrush. In the middle, there will be a square that has your current brush. It will probably look like a black circle. Click on the little square to select your brush. Then, just click on the Untitled image window, and there should be a brush stroke there.

I think we should start PMing instead, since this isn't really on topic to the critique corner.

Wow kiki, you've improved greatly! I remember when I started out, I butchered every single thing I tried to cut out. Yours are so smooth, and I love how creative everything is!

Anyway, I finally got around to actually making something! I was too lazy to bother cutting it out, so I just used the photo as is, and I think it came out alright. I have absolutely no idea where the picture is from, I just got it off google on the 50th result page from searching "high quality pictures", lol. I finally learned how to make a clipping mask!

I also made this, with a ton of editing, from this pic: http://i232.photobucket.com/albums/ee114/a...2_screen001.jpg

Here are some of my new sigs ~ my style has changed a lot now I have discovered how to get brushes for paintshop pro! I run a signature shop on another forum, so the sigs are all from that which is why they all have different names on them. The size limit is pretty small as well which is why they're all long and skinny.

Here's my new sig. of Spencer I made using GIMP. I'm still learning about the program. I think this is my best one so far. I know I still need to improve.

I didn't really want to bother reading all these pages so I don't know if any one has asked this question but 'How do you make pixel pets?' and do you have to pay?
