I just go to a search engine, and type in the subject that I am researching. I am currently doing a report on Genghis Khan.

www.google.com
www.msn.com

I perfer google, especially when you are looking for images. Just type in what you are looking for, like Hawk said.. But for a report, try putting in specific dates..

Thanks for the we address Pellet. I will use that to look up more info about ostriches from there. I will probably be more sucessful. Thanks!

Another good search engine is www.dogpile.com.But , like scabbers, I prefer google cuz you can find images there.

Yep! It even says on google.com, that it's the best image searching site on the Internet, or something like that..
Also try:
www.yahoo.com

You can also search for images I think. If not, it's still good for finding websites... like google?

I use Google a lot. I'm currently doing a project in health about communicable diseases, and it has been very useful. Sometimes you have to be a little specific, though, unless you want to go through all the pages of websites they found with the word you typed in.
