Hello members!

This wonderful thread idea is courtesy of tbiM20, so she deserves all credit for the generous suggestion and brainstorm. She will be making and sharing her own additions later on as well. The idea of this thread is that members can create and share their own banner templates for other members, and they are available to anyone who wishes to use them. The templates serve as a great starting point, but then you can further customize them to your tastes. This is not a "request" shoppe, meaning you do not post your own requests here.
 
How it works:

• No personal credit is needed. However, we ask that you do not claim these creations as your work or distribute them in your own shoppes. If someone asks where you got them from, please point them to this thread.

 

• You are free to save any of these to your computer and use in your signature. All you need to do is add your own hamster photos. We will not be adding them in for you, so please don't ask template creators to do so. There are many programs that can easily crop and resize photos for you such as Gimp, Paint Shop Pro, Photoshop, Picture It, and others.

 

• If you decide to create and share templates of your own, please ensure that the graphics you incorporate are free for public usage. By posting templates in this thread, you are also agreeing to the fact that any and all members can choose to use them without asking permission or giving you any special credit. There should be no confusion on this point.

 

• Once you have your templates made, please post them in this thread, under a spoiler, and then I can add them up in the post below this. That way each person can show what they created, but everything will also stay organized and members can easily find your banners.

• I will be editing and adding in more designs continuously, as members post them, so be sure to check back often! These will be divided into categories.
• Some templates have cutout openings for you to place your photo in while other templates allow you to place the photo anywhere you wish.
• Hint: Save and export as .PNG to keep the transparency.

Lol! No problem. Those are positively wonderful and so professional, tbiM20. What a great first contribution from you!   They have been added in. (Also, you reminded me that the categories should be in alphabetical order, so I fixed that too hehe.)

hehehehe. i found him at my dollar store. I also have the bunny one, the one holding the carrot with the ears

I plan to possibly find more and complete a holiday-related set of some sort. Until then, very nice thread idea!

I just love that instead of competition between shoppes, you ladies thought of a way to give everyone a chance to be creative and not feel copied.. I only hope the spirit of this thread (sharing, creativity) can be carried over to other shoppes!

 

Anyone want to take a guess as to which one I'm going to use? lol!
