Nature's Seed sells various grass seeds in decent quantities. The haymaking section is great. Since they're organic and have nothing added they could theoretically be added to seed mixes.
EDIT: Apparently, no, it's not just seeds, they have small quantities of "inert matter". I sent an email to see exactly what that is but you may want to search for seeds elsewhere. Otherwise the quality is pretty great; I'd definitely recommend them as sprouting seeds.
Edit edit: They still haven’t gotten back to me, but the inert matter is often just pieces of leaves and sticks. Even still, sometimes you get seeds that are totally coated in this chalky grey substance, so you may need to experiment around with seeds and which ones have that coating. Timothy and crimson clover have always been fine for me as well as fescue. Alfalfa is typically good but my most recent batch had a bit of that grey chalky stuff I had to wash off. Red clover was horrible and has tons of that grey chalky stuff; I’m currently just using it for its intended purpose. It may be best to buy some of these seeds from places that advertise them as sprouting seeds for microgreens.
Monterey Bay Herb Co sells a butt ton of different types of herbs and even a few types of seeds like fenugreek. If you're looking into making your own herb mix this site is awesome.
North Bay Trading Co is great for dried/FD veggies and fruits. I've actually bought their products and they're really nice.
