Any accurate digital kitchen scale will work, so it basically comes down to which features and aesthetics you want.

You don't need to buy an expensive one if it works. First, always use fresh batteries when you start, not the one that comes with the scale. Who knows how long they have been in the package and they lose charge over time which makes the scale inaccurate. Second, test it with something you know the exact weight of! That way you know if it's good to start.Hi, I just adopted a hamster this week and was wondering which scale I should buy for his weekly checkups? I saw this scale on chewy https://www.chewy.com/brecknell-epb3000-pocket-balance/dp/389452?utm_source=google-product&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=12791446466&utm_content=Brecknell&utm_term=&gbraid=0AAAAADmQ2V3fMe1qrdSNg_qO9FwBGX308&gclid=EAIaIQobChMI_tGC3tGp-QIVzxbUAR0c0QUlEAQYBSABEgKDPPD_BwEbut I also saw jewelry and kitchen scales for cheaper, I am willing to buy the more expensive one but I just want to know if it’s worth it. Thanks in advance.
I bought like a 10 dollar one off Amazon. It works great!
