Well, I'm quite and reserved so I think just try to be yourself and don't come on too strong. So a good conversation starter could be "Hey I really love your shoes!" And let the convo flow from there. Maybe eventually try to get her number?

I'm quite a quiet person, and I'd recommend starting out by smiling and waving at her. Start a conversation whenever you can. I personally hate being the first to start a conversation due to my fear of being judged or rejected (avpd). She might feel more comfortable if you start it. Keep smiling! And complements are the way to go. Tell her that her eyes are a pretty colour. Tell her that her outfit's really cool. See if that helps!
