Face: Use at least spf 15, but spf 30 is the best! It Protects from the sun's ultraviolet, infrayed rays, skin cancer, and yup~ fewer wrinkles ;)
Body, get at least 30 minutes of cardio fitness or running each day
And yup, drink juice, water instead of soda.
That's it

FACE
Apply a light moisturizer to your face 10 minutes before putting on your makeup ;) your skin will glow :star:

better still, stash your moisturizer in the fridge for a refreshing, cool feeling!

HAIR
Olive oil makes an emergency treatment oil for your hair just in case you run outta hot oil. Just apply it on your hair (concentrate on the ends), leave it on for half an hour and rinse. Alternatively, you can also use baby oil. I discovered this cheap and effective DIY treatment when i was still a student and broke. lol.

BODY
Having trouble crawling out of bed in the mornings? Try doing some body toning excercises in bed! You can do ab crunches, leg lifts, or anything you want, right in the comfort of your bed ;)

I tried Proactiv....made my skin break out horribly! But, that is because I didn't know you weren't supposed to use it if you are allergic to sulfur drugs! Apparently, it contains it as one of the ingredients...just a warning out there to everyone!

I love Clean & Clear's Glow Moisturizer with SPF15 for winter when I am mostly inside. For the Summer, I use Neutrogena's Ultra Sheer SPF45 which goes on lighter than most sunscreens and doesn't cause breakouts. ALWAYS use a sunscreen no matter what!

I really, really want to try the Bare Essentials (I.D.) makeup that is made up of minerals. It is actually supposed to be good for your skin. Hopefully, Santa will bring it. I will let you guys know if I get it and how it works!

Hey, I'm allegic to sulfur (sulphur) too! When I was young and I took a medicine called septrim for my flu, my lips became swollen like sausages!

I didn't know that means I can't use skin care products containing sulfur too. Not that I use them often, but it's good to know now. thanks!

Oh, to add what i do for my skin:

Face:
Clinque Clarifying Lotion 2. I borrow this from my mom :P then I dab some on a cotton puff and wipe my face with it once every month. For pimples or zits, I used to use Decleor's Aromatic Essential Balm (just apply a little bit on the area) but I have since switched to Dermalogical's Medicated Clearing Gel coz they don't test on animals. :)

Erm...that's all I do! ;D

Hair: If your sick there are three steps to wear your hair:
1. In a ponytail to let everyone know u feel like crud
2. Really curly or nice so that it masks ur cruddiness
3. Back to normal once you feel better!

Teeth: Once a month, use baking soda with toothpaste (only a bit) and it'll whiten your teeth.

Shaving: Make sure to use a four blade razor, it shaves closer, hair grows back later.

Skin: A mild mask (of medication for acne) once every two weeks helps. Just don't leave it on too long or it'll dry out ur skin.

Clothes: Make sure that whatever you r wearing has some color, not just one color. If it only has one color, then spice it up with shoes or accesories that r different colors (complementory) don't go monotone (one color only!)

Good luck! :cutie:

actually for hair tip: longer hair should never be tie up too often as it will make ur hair drop since u are pullin back ur hair
