HAIR- As you get older, your hair gets weak and brittle. Garnier Fructis make your hair really strong and shiny. It is recommended that for people who want really nice hair, to use a shampoo and conditioner made ecspecially for their hair color (usually pricy) Every once in a while, it is good to not wash your hair for about 3 days so it gets oily and brush the oils through your hair very good.
TEETH- To keep your teeth in good shape- Brush very good with a "whitening" tooth paste with "tarter Protection". You MUST floss every night and rinse with listerine. Going to the dentist every 6 months is also recommended. If you want white teeth, Crest or Rembrandt Whitening strips are said to be the best (by dentists) For those of you who like milk (white) Drink it! It is nothing but good for your teeth and bones.
BODY- Drink lots and lots of water. Soda is addicting and very good tasting, but one of the worst drinks. A simple yoga or Pilates workout everyday keep you in shape (I do a daily pilates video) For all of the kids (like me) you don't exactly have to do yoga or pilates, as long as you are envolvedwith a sport.
Doctors can't spread the message alone- Get your cholesterol checked! I have bad genetics when it comes to that and my family eats SO healthy (including me, very healthy eater) and I had very very high cholesterol. It keeps you healthy and it prevents you from getting heart attacks. ( I know it isnt exactly a beauty tip, but it is a good health tip

I got the 3-system.
So anyways for your hair, get it trimmed every 6-8 weeks.
Use the VO5 Oil treatment like every 2 weeks, it does make your hair more manageable and soft.

Hair: Shampoo and Condition your hair every OTHER day, and sometimes take breaks, like, don't wash your hair for two or three days, and then brush the oil through. It's great for your hair! Eat lots of veggies and healthy stuff, and your hair will GLOW! Use a shampoo thats good, like Garnier Fructius, Loreal bounce shampoo, or another name brand, good shampoo. Use olive oil, lemon juice ect rinses once a week. I use lemon juice, and it makes my hair blonder.
There are lots more tips I have, but that's all I have time for. Bye!
