Hello everyone!  :sun:

Talking about writing, I have huuuuuge passion for fountain pens which got me into handwriting, letter writing, journaling and pen pals.

I've started exchanging letters through a Reddit blog in 2016. My first match was an Australian woman, with whom I am still in contact now and this is exactly why I love pen palling (especially when you do it internationally), because you can get in contact with people from very different environments and it is a rewarding and enriching experience!

As time passed I just joined some Facebook groups about penpalling on which I can find new pen pals, but as for now I have between 5 and 7 and it is ok for me this way :)

Anyone into this too? I'd love to read about your experiences!

Have any question? I'll be glad to answer if I can!  :slaphappy:

Love & Blessings, Sanni

Hi, Sanni.

I like the sound of the pen on the page and the feedback from the pen. The feel of the pen in my hand is better than plastic ballpoints and I enjoy the range of colors available when I write.
I keep a journal, an ideas planners, to-do list, a "stream of consciousness" notebook and I draw. Any excuse is good for me to take a fountain pen and write something down:)

WOW!!  Another enthusiast!

I can totally relate to you here!

I find it so cool that you also do draw with FP! I absolutely cannot do that as I'm not good at it even though I started to make headers some time ago but only draw them occasionally now.

I got a suggestion about keeping a thankful journal which I will probably start in the near future. I tend to be the perfectionist kind of person when it comes to this kind of things actually.

What about you?

I LOOOVVVVVVVVVEEEEEEE fountain pens and notebooks. I have... ugh.... 15-20 fountain pens? At least 20 different bottles of ink (plus sparkly ones). My favourites are some gorgeous Cross pens, I think I have 3 or 4, one was a 21st birthday present and has a gold (actual gold) barrel and nib. I have a silver one too. Notebooks, I ... uh... I can't count. Just a brief look around from where I'm sitting now at my PC, and I can easily lay eyes on 18. And they aren't the ones in my bookshelf. I have a stationery problem lol.

Penpals: a year or so ago I started to write to a penpal serving a life sentence in a prison in the US. I currently have 3 penpals now, all serving life in the US. It's wonderful to talk to them, they are so grateful for the contact, and have so many interesting things to share :)

Welcome to the club too!!

I came across FP in Germany while I was an abroad student in high school, but onluy really started to cherish them in 2015/2016 when I came across Goulet Pens videos!

A lot of the things I know now about FP are due to their videos. Anyone an enthusiast of them?

I only ordered once from them though because most of the products are also to be found on the European market, so I spare something just ordering from EU dealers.

I have 3 currently inked pens: Lamy Safari All black (Steel stub 1.5 nib) - Pilot metropolitan (M) and TWSBI diamond 580 (F).

I love the TWSBI for the massive ink capacity <3

If I understand correctly you are writing to prisoners? (I'm sorry but English isn't my first language, so sometimes I have some difficulties).

That must be something strong!

Hello guys! I have been looking for a suitable service for a long time to write a dissertation for me. It's really hard for me, because I can't look for information to work. It is much easier to turn to research paper writing services and not worry about the quality of work. They guarantee timely work and at a good price!
