This is just lil big drawf trying to prove they are better than everyone like you do in almost every post you make.

then you make an excuses "I'm in ELA class so I just had to do it" No you didn't that's just a rude arrogant thing to do. (I am not saying I am not rude or arrogant I am just saying you are in this and many posts)

You have no idea what this persons reading / writing level is you could easily upset a person by doing that. I am not saying this is the case here but one day you will do it to the wrong person and ruin their life.

Who knows a kid who gets bullied day in and day out about how they can't spell and have bad grammar come on here to have fun and forget about life for a little bit. Then here is lil big dwarf bringing that reality back into their "safe space"

I know you have good intentions but just because you CAN do something doesn't mean you SHOULD.  Also if you are saying "you are in ELA class and writing oriented" as the reason for doing that. that is a thing arrogant people would say. thats EXACTLY how they talk. Just watch a vidoes on it and how they act. I almost 100% guarantee the reply you give me will be egocentric and aginst me while trying to explain why what you did is not bad and why didnt mean harm by it. as thats exactly what an arrogant person would do. A normal person would see it from both sides and understand.

A post like this can ruin peoples lives. LBD was just helping, she wasn’t being “arrogant”

Everyone has a different point of view, there is no “normal” point of view. I see your point on this - I just don’t agree with it.

A tip - be nicer in your posts and you would have more people on your side

Dude, trying to provoke me wont work. If I knew there a sensetive person, or they said it hurt them, I would apalogize. All Im saying is that the spelling error bothered me and I just wanted to help. Thank you for calling me out on being better than everyone else though, because technically your first sentence said that I am :sly: (im not tho, haha, so thanks!)

Also, thanks for saying that Im not a normal person. Neither are you, so touche'. So sure, were both arrogant. Noted.

AHHHHH gods, sorry, I know this is totally off-topic, and sorry if it's offensive and I know you don't like me but it's APOLOGISE / APOLOGIZE (UK/US) Sorry, that has been bothering me for literally months and months now. It's apologise. You're picking up people on their spelling and grammar, but APOLOGISE. ARGH.

Sorry, just had to get that out. I've been trying to ignore it for months now haha  :sweatdrop:

I would also add the Caroline Storm Wheels to your reccomendations

I also don't think that £24 is too expensive to be honest? The Carolina Storm wheels (which are wildly recommended here!) are around $20+ I believe, and then you also have to pay shipping, which probably works out more expensive. I think that if you're wanting a silent wheel, you are going to have to pay unfortunately. I do agree that the track record for Silent Spinners hasn't been good in recent years though. Try before you buy!

It's expensive for what it is- a clunky, poorly designed wheel that many hamsters can't spin. As you pointed out, the Carolina Storm line, which last forever, are solidly built, can be used by all species, and are actually silent, cost about the same or a little less before shipping.

Yes, I know, but my point was just that saying $24 is expensive for a wheel isn't really true. Sure, it's expensive for a poor quality wheel, but people need to expect to be paying that much if they want a good one - which is why I pointed out the Carolina Storm wheels. Getting a $5 wheel is not going to be a good silent wheel. Also, I just wanted to say that there *ARE* good 12" Silent Spinners that I would definitely say are worth $24. Mine has been in use for definitely more than 10 years with hamsters of all sizes, and it's not clunky or difficult for them to spin at all. I think there may be production issues between here in the UK and over there in the US (I don't think ours are branded Kaytee?), and as with the smaller ones, I've got some that have lasted years and years and spin perfectly, while others on here have shown them being stiff and difficult to even get moving at all. :)

That's a fair point.

And very interesting about a possible production difference between UK and US Silent Spinners. I don't think I've EVER seen a good 12" SS here. I have heard that the 10" performs better, although is apparently prone to breaking at the attachment point.

An Analysis on the 12" Silent Spinner

By Rxseshxney (Rxse)

Intro

The Kaytee Silent Spinner brand is a popular one, partially due to it's availability in pet stores such as Petsmart.

It comes in many sizes and colors, and personally, was the first wheel I got for my hamster.

In my opinion, the Silent Spinners in general are an okay wheel for your hamster, but the 12" one is another story.

Is this a good wheel to buy? Is it bad for your hamster?

We will be discussing the simple pros and cons of this wheel, and then you can decide for yourself if it is the right wheel for you.

Spoiler

IF YOU NOTICE ANY MISINFORMATION, PLEASE LET ME KNOW

I know it's a bit late to say something but I got a silent  spinner 8in rip off for 5 pounds haha . I lve  the guide
