I’m going vegan! Dietary vegan, not full vegan lol. The other day I discovered what a slaughterhouse is, and how they torture those animals, and now I’m not supporting it. Plus, I really need to lose weight...

 

Is anyone else vegan?

Whats the difference between Dietary Vegan and Full Vegan? Like, you eat vegan, but may still have, say, a wool hat or something?

Whats the difference between Dietary Vegan and Full Vegan? Like, you eat vegan, but may still have, say, a wool hat or something?

Dietary vegans just don’t eat animal products, whilst full vegans avoid any animal products, like soap actually has animal fat in it (ik, disgusting), so they will get vegan soap.

I'm vegetarian, eating mainly plant based. I'd recommend baby steps if you're full omni now as I did crave it when I first quit (health reasons, stomach issues) but now it seems disgusting to me. (I don't judge other people for eating it though)

If you can get Gardein, they have some delicious vegan alternatives  :yes:

I’m vegan! Good for you, WW. :D The only thing I’ve got to say is that it’s a good idea to take supplements. You don’t have to, I didn’t the first couple months, but it just makes stuff so much easier and your parents will worry less because they know you’re getting vitamins like B12. :)

You should! What helped me was a change in clothes, so maybe try a new hat or wear different colors!

im not vegan, but im thinking of being Vegetarian, because i know how its all done and i feel really bad :/

Though im not sure, as meat is a part of food actually you need, so im not really sure what i'd do? Like, are there tables to have every day that you need?

You don’t need meat to survive. :) In meat there is vitamin B12, but you can get that from other places.

You don’t need meat, you can take Vitamin B12 tablets and get protein from beans, lintels, etc.
