The title says it all.
Hunger Games
7/10
Um.... some girl saves her little sisters life by sacrificing herself to go in to an arena with 24 kids to fight to the death for fun. Yay! She also is forced in to a (fake) relationship with some dude who's name is a type of bread. Only read the first book, but because of how she needs to act like she's in love with Peeta and the government is awful, it's only 7/10. Would suggest to anyone who can take mild gore (reading it though). I hear the sequals are great as well, but the overall message is good
The Maze Runner
8/10
I hear the movie can be a little scary, but in general this dude has no memory and is thrown in to a maze with some teenage dudes, then this girl comes along and... welp.. Some people die, some cannibals, etc. Great plot, great read! Also another story where children are bent to the governemts will.
The Prey
9/10
Basically theres this camp of boys who are imperfect (not literally-skin color, religion, deformities, you get it) who are sold to be hunted lile prey. Some of them escape with some dudes and dudets and leave, then almost die. Great! The ending sucked though.
The Testing Trilogy

On book 2 and WOWWWW. Some peeps killed and junk, then memory wiped :mindblown:
Any other suggestions? OFC it needs to be child appropriate (or at least young adult-nothing M or R).
