Hello! (:

Here's a thread for book recommendations we have for each other! I have quite a few, so I'll probably be posting them on different days instead of all of them in just one big post! <33

Keep in mind some of my recommendations may be a tiny bit mature, and if they are, I'll be sure to mention that!

Here are some of my favorites! c:

Spoiler

With Covid-19, it may be harder to have access to books. Just search up, in google, "Read books free no sign up" and you can find websites that have free e-books that you can read online!

That's all for now, most of my favorite books I can't remember the name at the moment, but I'll be sure to update!  :valentine:

The Compound is a really good and interesting dystopian book! I read it and the series last year after my teacher did a book talk. (Lol I miss my teacher from last year she was the best humanities teacherrrrrrr)

(might be a little (only a tiny bit from what I remember lol) bit mature I don't exactly remember though)

The Inheritance Cycle by Christopher Paolini - my favourite book series ever, eVeR! They are massive reads though, the books are huge which is perfect for me. They are really gripping and the description inside is crazy, you feel like you could be standing there, it’s all about dragons in an old fashioned land. There is some gore/violence so I would say maybe 13+ but other than that amaziinnnggg

Anne Of Green Gables (and all other books in the series) by Lucy Maud Montgomery - words cannot describe how happy these books make me, that sounds dramatic but wow, that are just amazing. It’s about a young orphan called Anne Shirley who comes to live in the small town of avonlea, the books are old classics but you HAVE to read them (seriously... read them >:\) and they are suitable for all years!

All my others etc, Harry Potter, Hunger games + prequel, warrior cats have already been said! I love this topic though, I’ve stopped reading lately but I need to get back into it, thank you <3

My fav books:

-Inheritance Cycle -aMaZiNg, read if u haven't already! (has some gore)

-Harry Potter series -super fun to read, i've read each of the books at least 3 times

-All Creatures Great & Small -the first book in the series, about the adventures of a country vet in Yorkshire, highly recommended

-Lord of the Rings & the Hobbit series -incredible, what more can i say?

-Maze Runner series -awesome series, main characters are teens; there are zombies (well, cranks), monsters, and fighting...what more could one want?! lol

Err..that's all I can think of rn, i like a whole lot of books but these are my top picks

The inheritance series is AMAZING, but yeah a little mature. Probably my favourite book ever is the song of achilles, but that is DEFINITELY a mature read though! I'm also a huge classics nerd and I loved the great Gatsby and pride and prejudice! Another favorite is carmilla, another classic. It's a vampire book the vampire is lesbian and it was published before Dracula lol. I'd also say that's a bit more mature but not so much as the song of achilles!
