Hellooooooooos

Basically, while I was semi inactive...

1. I got laid off as a swimming instructor because

2. We went back into lockdown and

3. I'm on leave being a babysitter because of covid

and modelling doesn't make much...

tbh I make only a little more than minimum wage from it

and being a swimming instructor made the most

Also...I did this exposure treatment thing for my anxiety and it seemed to help so thats a plus!

But i'm really sad from not being able to work anymore since I really enjoyed it. And now I don't make any money...

I'm thinking of babysitting my cousins during summer break...but that's a long way off.

I'll be back and fully active probably, just not active outside of school hours (EST)

TLDR

Ideas for making money during covid for teens????

I'm semi-active too! Okay, what's your budget? Like amount of money you can spend first so you can make your business.

Maybe an Etsy shop?? I would totally buy :)

Hmm I mean the customer has to pay for the shipping. You don't have to make an Etsy shop, there's tons more!! Though some ideas would be: Stickers, Clothing, Crocheting, uhh Customizable items, Hamster items, etc. Though out of Etsy is doing chores, mowing lawns, OOH!! I used to attend this call with high schoolers where they would teach math and more on Zoom.

Outdoor work like dog walking, mowing and cleaning lawns, etc. would make good options for a job during  coronavirus times if you don't want to get a job in a store or something like that.

I know ice cream shops often hire teenagers, as well as restaurants, but that's if you don't mind working around a significant amount of other people.

I'll give my opinion and say working around other people shouldn't be harmful because costumers are limited, and catching the coronavirus isn't as easy as it's said. As long as you wash your hands and stay a few feet away from other people, it shouldn't be a problem.

Gardening is another job, and it's especially good for the summer if you like that.

Just an little note, one of my friends has an Etsy shop, and I've heard its pretty hard to manage with the amounts of products, money, etc.

I mean with time and patience, it could work out great! :3

Hello!!
Supermarket/grocery shop work? Not affected by lockdowns, people always need food. I’ve been working at once part time since I was 17 and have been working all through the pandemic :)

You can earn money online. I perfectly understand how hard it is for you, but believe me, I had a much more difficult situation. I was fired from my job after my boss suspected that I might have covid. I learned this from a friend of mine. To be honest, I became interested, and I ordered a test at confirmbiosciences.com. The test showed a negative result. When I went to the boss and tried to defend my rights, he just kicked me out. Then I started working as a freelancer, and in three months, I started earning more than my former boss.
