I have been experiencing high heart rate, lightheadedness, and dizziness. Yesterday I wasnt wearing my watch but my heart was going so fast that could not count the beats while i was walking. I was walking for a while but nothing too strenuous. Also when ever i bend over my heart rate gets hiegher and today i felt VERY nauseous when i stood up. Does anyone have a clue as to why this is happening?
If you're worried, this is definitely something you should talk about with your parents vs on a hamster forum >.> Not that we wouldn't love to help, but there's not much we can do to help.

Oh wow.
You don’t need to tell us but how old are you.
The smaller you are, the faster your heart rate is.
The fact that you’re dizzy is a cause of concern.
Ok please talk about it with your therapist, and hopefully they can convince your parents to get you a doc.
Mention it your therapist when you see them and they can speak to your parents about it. In the meantime drink plenty of water and preferably no caffeine, as dehydration certainly can cause similar symptoms and you don't necessarily always feel thirsty with it.

I think if I had a serious convo with them they would take me. I drank a tonnnn of water and it still happens so yeah:/
I'm sorry you've been dealing with this. I agree with everyone above: this is something you should speak to your parents about. Getting medical help is a good idea, especially if these symptoms persist.
I've experienced similar symptoms to what you've described (it's not pleasant!). When I spoke to a doctor, they asked questions / tested me for the following:
Spoiler
- low blood pressure
- iron deficiency
- anxiety / stress
- diabetes
- inner-ear related problems (can cause dizziness, especially when moving your head)
- eye-strain / looking at screens for a long time
Disclaimer: I'm not a medical professional and I'm not trying to diagnose you. I thought it might be helpful to give you an idea of the potential causes and the things the doctor might look into if you are able to get an appointment. But keep in mind, it might not be any of the things I've listed at all! (I'm basing this off very limited info about your symptoms so please take it with a grain of salt.)
I agree with Daisy that you should drink plenty of water. Make sure you're eating properly and healthily. Get plenty of sleep. Try to take regular breaks from screens as this can lead to dizziness. If you are feeling particularly lightheaded / faint, try to sit with your head between your knees until it passes, or lie down if you can. This will make sure you're in a safe position if you happen to faint. Take care, I hope you feel better soon
Did you get a blood test done in February? Are there correlations between your anxiety and these episodes?
Write down your symptoms and when you get them (i.e. "This afternoon I felt lightheaded."). This may help you and your doctor find correlations.
No, I don't think so. No, bc
I justt was not anxious and walked around my room and my heart rate was 123-138 bpm
I'll try the log thingies.
thanks<3
