Hi! He looks to me like a hybrid dwarf. There are two types of dwarf hamsters that can interbreed (the Winter White and Campbell's) and nowadays it is quite rare to find a purebred, so it is most likely a hybrid. 

 

Also, Snowball is a very fitting name. He's adorable!

Hmm, a Roborovski hamster would be smaller than that, and I think they mainly have one color pattern. Here is what a Robo looks like:

To me she (apologies for calling her a "he" earlier!) just looks like a hybrid dwarf with beautiful red eyes! Could be a winter white dwarf if you got lucky, but I doubt that. What a cute girl!

I think whoever you got her from is confused about hamsters. That's not really a type of hamster.

 

These are the known colors of Robo and only the Rust/Cinnamon have red eyes.

I would also say she's a hybrid dwarf. She's very cute!
