Can anyone tell me how to tell from winter white and Campbell. I have a hamster and i don't know.
Campbells usually have a more pointed snout and mouse-like ears, and winter whites usually have a much more rounded snout and their ears are generally smaller than those of campbells. Coat color and pattern aren't very helpful when distanguishing these two species because nowadays there are many different colorations intentionally bred for in the pet trade.
I'm not sure about the UK, but in the US it's very rare to find a pure bred winter white or campbells, especially in petshops. They're the only two domestic hamster species that can breed together resulting in most hamsters that come from mills being hybrids.
Hope this helps!

As ALFT said, unless you went to a specialized breeder (who would tell you the species) chances are you have a hybrid. Hybrid dwarfs can definitely lean RCD or WW, though
