Hi all! I've been on here a while (2019/2020 I made the account). I'm from the UK and have kept hamsters for about 10 years but even so I'm always looking to improve and learn more about our little friends.

I posted a while back but I don't think I've ever introduced my self or any of my hamsters.

Recently I adopted a roborovski (see profile pic) which I have named Ares (pronounced Aries) after the ancient Greek god of war mainly because of his bravery and courage. Ares isn't my first robo, I had one a few years ago, Nikolai, and he was the sweetest thing ever. He would often be found up on my shoulder or in my hoodie with his stash of pumpkin seeds. I'm interested to see if I can have such a bond with Ares.

Ares current set up is a zoozone 2 (100x50cm), with 8" deep bedding, sand bath many hides and tunnels. I'm hoping to get him a multi-chamber hide soon and a variety of substrates and sprays to make his enclosure more interesting.

Welcome and Robos are so cute! I got my first Robo is past year and it's been a blast! Would love to see some pics of him!
