I found a tiny rabbit in my yard. It is about 2-3 inches long, and it looks like all of its fur has grown in. I don’t see a mother anywhere. Do I leave it alone or should I do something?

If it looks healthy and uninjured, it’s best to leave it be. A lot of baby rabbits are mistaken for abandoned/orphaned when the mother’s really just off somewhere nearby or the rabbit is already old enough to be on its own. Since it’s by itself without any siblings, it’s especially likely that the rabbit has left it’s mother’s nest and is taking care of itself. Wild rabbits become self-sufficient pretty early on compared to some other animals and babies who have just left the nest will seem very small compared to adults.

I agree, leave it alone. Young rabbits often get rabbit-napped because they look like orphan babies to us when they are more than old enough to be on their own by rabbit standards. So long as it has fur and it's eyes are open, it's likely doing just fine.

Update on the Rabbit: (Sorry, I've been meaning to do this but I've been really busy)

The rabbit died a few days after we found it. My mom and her friend were trying to revive the rabbit by giving it sugar water. But It stopped breathing a few minutes later.  :crybuckets:

We found 2 other rabbits in our yard. The weren't doing so good, so my mom took them in immediately and gave them sugar water as well. One perked up very quickly and the other was not doing so well. By the end of the day, one rabbit was hopping around our lanai, and other was doing much better. We left the lanai door open, and by the next morning they were both gone.
