But she asks me if i don't wear a pad/underwear bc it's so bad.

If it’s uncomfortable she’s doing it wrong lol

What size pads are you wearing?

My period has lasting 7+ days and I was wondering how can I make this time shorter as I have a gymnastics competition in around 4 day and if I can I would like to avoid having it at my competition.

I feel weird posting here, but idk what to do at this point.

My period is heavy. VERY heavy.

I'm on my period right now, and am wearing thick underwear, and, like, 3 pads, and i shoved a ton of toilet paper in my pants (to hopefully help), and it's still leaking on to my pants.

H.E.L.P

Do you have overnight pads (the extra long ones)? Those are best for heavy days. Make sure they have wings.

Also, use underwear that fits well. If it's stretched out, there will be a gap between the pad and your body, which leads to leaks.

Do you normally have very heavy periods? If so, you should let your doctor know at your next checkup. How often are you changing the pad and where is it leaking from?

If it’s uncomfortable she’s doing it wrong lol

Not necessarily. Tampons don't work with everyone's anatomy. And there are different sizes and brands, so you have to find the right one for you.

There's not much you can do at this point. The competition will be day 4 of the period, correct? On the bright side, you should be through the worst of it by then. Period underwear might help you feel more secure (although they are a bit of an investment). If you use pads, go for the ultra thin ones with wings.
