Thanks for posting. I know some kids at my old school who were harassed over Skype, and I only use it to chat with my cousin who lives in Texas.

Harassment is not asking someone politely for something. Harassment is asking someone to tell you personal information, and if they refuse to, you keep asking. For example, if you asked "what part of BC do you live in?" and the member told you they weren't comfortable saying, but you kept asking and saying things like "why not?" or "just tell me" That is what harassment is.
I saw that one of the other members was from British coloumbia so I asked her what part she was from and it turns out we live 30 minutes or so away was that considered harassment?

Anyone can still ask for a start, but if you say "no" and they continue to ask, you may report them for harassment.
