Is it okay to post direct links for topics that need urgent help? So they get replies faster?
As long as it's not abused (like, for example, re-posting the status several times), posting links to HH topics is perfectly fine. 
However, keep in mind that if it's a hamster health emergency, it's not the forum's "job" to respond quickly. In true emergencies like that, vet care should be sought, rather than waiting for an answer on the forum.

Thanks for clearing that up! But I have also noticed people still posting the Quiz My Friends which can actually be unsafe because anyone can write an inappropriate username, also anyone can answer it too. I don't think they're aloud either, right?

I have witnessed the same thing. Well on my friend quiz it happened and it was really annoying (me having to make a new one for it to disappear and everything).Thanks for clearing that up! But I have also noticed people still posting the Quiz My Friends which can actually be unsafe because anyone can write an inappropriate username, also anyone can answer it too. I don't think they're aloud either, right?

You still need to have your one month of no statuses... Because you didn't follow the rule.. BUT when its lifted you can post them about youtube

She's not a noob, she just got her privileges taken away because she did something that she wasn't supposed to do (but isn't that severe). I hear that she's learned her lesson and she understands. That's all there is to it. You shouldn't just pretend about anything...
