I recommend Charlotte Street Animal Hospital. They were great at running additional tests (I saw them while out of town). If you need any approx. on rates I can give some
I also second Stahl Exotic Veterinary Services as they are by far my favorite veterinary practice that I've seen. I can also get some rates on that if needed.

I brought one of my dwarf hamsters, Moscow, to Raheny Veterinary Hospital recently and the vet I dealt with there was absolutely lovely. I think they have 4 vets on their team, but I only dealt with the vet Orla for Moscow. I don't know if they're exotic specialist, but she assured me that they see and deal with hamsters regularly and have the equipment to deal with them. Moscow had an everted cheekpouch, and I was only charged 50 quid for the entire visit - and that included the appointment, physical exam, operation (which she required anesthetic for) and baytril prescription. I asked her several questions, and she seemed extremely knowledgeable on hamsters and she handled Moscow with great care too - and she even rang me yesterday to check up on her to see how she was getting on, which not many vets that I've dealt with would do.
She's an amazing vet, and I'd 100% recommend them to anyone in the North-Dublin region: http://rahenyvet.com

Where? Every vet will have some bad ratings. I'd call and ask. I only know them via Google search so you'll have to make a judgement call on that. Some people r hating on that vet
