Hi I am new. So I'm here to learn more about syrian hamsters, and I'm hoping to get one some day. So here is some facts about me:
I am female, I am 13, I own 3 geckos, a dog and 2 cats, I want to work with animals as an adult. I owned a roborovski hamster in the past, Penny, but I didn't do research and gave it the worst life possible (The smallest critter trail they sell with absolutely no tubes, it was probably about 8-10 inches long, ate bird seeds, everything about my care was wrong), And I wanna try again with a syrian, but first I wanna do a lot of research and show my parents I'm responsible and ready to try again. Hamster care advice is welcome down below
Hope I'm accepted here LOL!

Hi! Heres some care advice
I hope to see you around!
Syrians do best with 1000+ sq inches, and females may need much more, so DIY cages are best for them.
Crittertrail tubes don't provide a whole lot of enrichment.
Some good food mixes in the USA are higgins sunburst+mazuri rat and mouse (only rat block safe for hammys) or purebites dog treats.
I have a feeling you should do your own research, so here are a few links to get you started!
