Aye, um. Do homemade products count?
Etsy shops are also AMAZING! I can't imagine how Etsy sellers could test on animals, where would they get the money to do that? (Think about it, psst, if they had enough money to test on animals they'd already have a large reputation and their own website and etc.)

The Caring Consumer:
Animal Testing
found this resource by PETA: http://www.stopanimaltests.com/
Please read for more information on the cruel nature of animal testing.
At the below link, you can download 2 pdf files which list the products that test and don't test on animals.

Animal Ingrediants
These are also some hidden animal ingrediants in cosmetics and many consumer products. I quote a para from the following link
http://www.caringconsumer.com/ingredientslist.html
Awareness
I am not saying that we shd totally boycott all products that test on animals or use animal ingrediants. But I think it will beneficial if we can be more informed about how a product is made and what ingrediants go into it.

If anyone know any Japanese skincare/cosmetics brands do not test on animals, pls share here.
I noticed that you put MAC under the ''not testing on animals'' list which isn't quite correct. According to MAC's website they sell their products in China. In order to sell your products in China the product has to be tested on animals, usually by a third party. There is a lot of information on google about topics like ''MAC's animal testing policy'' and ''selling makeup in China''. MAC does say on their website that they don't like animal testing and that they haven't done that but I don't trust them... I personally don't believe that a company who sells in China can be 100% clean. Of course this is everyone's own opinion and if they do believe MAC then go ahead and buy their products, but everyone should know that China has different laws when it comes to these things.
Apparently MAC is also owned by Estée Lauder which also has to test on animals if required by law

Cover Girl recently (Nov 2018) went cruelty-free/got leaping bunny certification. Hopefully more brands will follow in the future.
