No it isn't. If you change it to ''full version'' you can. I can do it on my iPad.

Thank you for the helpful tutorial! I was just wondering, if polls are able to be edited after people vote, in theory can a person switch the no answer to a yes and the the yes answer to a no (essentially, reversing the vote counts) without other users realizing?
