(Pssst...finally finished my pants! 98%, woohoo! :applause: )

My sister wants me to make her a blanket, so I'm doing that. And after making a rat hammock from the fabric scraps left over from my PJ pants, I've discovered they like homemade better than the $15 dollar ones from the pet store (go figure!), so I'll be making a bunch of those. :P

I'm sure I'll have a painting project to do sometime soon...new semester starts on Monday, and I have interior design. :bored: Let's just hope it's not worse than fashion.

The art project I'm currently working on is making a costume of the character Chii from the anime Chobits. I'm making the costume so I can dress up at an anime convention I plan on attending. I've already made the basic dress and added the white sleeves and collar. Now, I have to add the little details to the dress, such as the thin stripe the lines the sleeves and collar.

I am making a memorial stuffed toy of my late hamster Bissy (1). I am making it out of "faux fur" (black/white) (the fur was too long so I clipped it), black glass "toy eyes", peach colored felt for feet, tail, and nose, and plastic wiskers. I have all of the pieces sewn and stuffed, I just need to sew all of them together. I have a little felt pink heart sewn to it's chest, the heart has some of Bissy's (1) fur in it; it will be kind of like still having her. It will be about 10 inches long and three dimensional when it is finshed, I have been working on it for about two weeks (it takes forever for me to sew because I do not have a sewing machine). It is stuffed with polyester. I can sew, do embroidery, paint, sketch, draw, and various other things. Unfortunatly I can't knit or crochet or use latch hooks.
