I won't ask any questions about the scone o-o

I just use my hands to mash up the butter and flour, add everything else, chill in the fridge while I walk Jack, then I cut the dough, make the filling, put the filling in the dough, fold, and bake (preheat while cutting dough) :)

Best not to ask B/
Ooh they look really nice on the website, hope Jac enjoys his walk and you enjoy the turnovers!

My puff pastry is currently in the fridge. I linked the recipe above :)

In around an hour I'll make the apple filling then bake, but for now I'll share my legendary BLT recipe, which I had for breakfast :)

You'll need

2 Peices of good bread (Texas loaf and artisian are my favs) that toasts well (not to crunchy but also not too soft)

2-3 slices of bacon (NOT turkey bacon, you need the oil and fat)

A tomato (not romaine)

Mixed greens or spinach (Lettuce isn't as healthy, and the texture with these is better)

Toast your bread till its hard on the outside but slightly squishy

I recomend cutting your bacon in half (each slice in half) then microwaving for around 3 minutes. After, do 1 minute bits and check carefully in between.

Wash and cut your tomato in to slices

grab a handful of greens and wash then dry

Get any extras you desire such as mayo, cream cheese, chives, or pepper

Assemble

Put the firmer peice of toast on a plate. On top, spread butter, margarine, mayo, cream cheese, or leave it plain

Place a layer of greens

Then tomato slices (DONT use salt, but a sprinkle of pepper is good here)

add on your bacon. 4 halves should be good

Add the other peice of bread, cut in half, and put the little poky food sticks in each half

EAT!

I generally make another sandwhich or give the other peices of bacon to my fam :)

Dont worry man, I cant make them either lol. I mean, I can, but I always ruin them, and I have also stopped eating storebought eggs lol (only get them from neighbors).

Can I ask if theres anything your at least a little confident with? Like, stove/oven/microwave? What items you have?

The first thing I ever made-by myself- were strawberry cupcakes. I used a cake mix, then I put chocolate chips on top for the last minute as frosting. Then, I made an orange cake mix. And then japanese pancakes. it goes on lol. Do you want like a dessert or a meal?

One good one for REALLY starting out is a Quesselidial, which LBD can also nto spell. Just get a tortilla, read in a spanish accent, then cut it in half. On half of one half place cheese slices. I also recomend adding cooked taco meat and/or a bit of lime juice. Do the same on the other side, fold closed, and toast in a toaster oven till melted/crispy or bake in an oven at 350 for 5 minutes, checking carefully every additional minute. I used to eat it after school every day when I was little :)

Bundt cake is my new thing :)

My pan was too small, so I also did a small circiluar cake. https://thestayathomechef.com/chocolate-bundt-cake/

I also did another frosting-one cup (approximately) of chocolate chips, a tablespoon of butter, and a tablespoon of corn syrup (light). Microwave for one minute. stir. Be careful cause its hot, but once its a thick liquid, spread it on the cake. It hardens in a bit, so add any powdered sugar or anything else as well. Its rich and thick-awesomeee.

And I'll copy what was in the OG post. I use this for ALL my pans-wipe all over, then scrape edges with a spatula then remove when cooked. It works wonders, though we used an old dijon mustard container and my dad put someon his salad ;-;

For this, you can use any pan. If you use a bundt pan, use this then scrape the edges after cooling- https://www.ifyougiveablondeakitchen.com/grease-cake-pan-release/

I mainly make desserts, but grilled cheese is good to. Put butter or margarine on one side of bread (on two slices). I like to use artisian bread bc of the taste if you can.

Cut some cheese. Certain cheeses are more likely to not melt, but I use cheddar. Not the best, but its lactose free (I cant have too much lactose). You can make it in a toaster oven if your not confident with a stove. It does burn easily if too hot, though.
