Sadly hair doesn’t work like that lol, there are some treatments you can do that involve eggs whites but honestly just take of your hair. Be kind to your hair and it’ll be kind back.

If you royally messed up, schedule a hair appointment with a trusted hair person, that’s saved me a few times.

Biotin can help hair growth a little, but honestly it doesn’t do a ton. :(

Yeah um....so i was trying to shave my "sideburns" and i went a liiiitle bit overboard. It's not sitcom bad but it kind of makes me look....different.

Lol the only thing I can think of is to make the excuse that it's some sort of statement or something. :/

I did hair and beauty for 2 years when I was around 14ish in 2015 in year 9. It was in secondary (you guys call high school) and it was one of the only secondaries in England to offer hair and beauty to their students (we was the last year to be able to study it as they had plans to demolish it after our 'course' was up which they did). Had two on site buildings on the opposite side of the 'playground' with a hair salon with proper basins, hair dye etc. in one building and next building conjoined on to the right was the beauty section with proper facial beds with magnifying glass to identify what skin types people have and manicure tables.

Going on to hair, it's impossible to speed up growth that much, maybe a little but not as much as you're wanting to. I used to want to do the same as a kid, but all the 'overnight' growth treatments are just fake. Hair is made out of keratin, the exact same stuff your nails are made out of. Your hair is the fastest at growing, your fingernails are second slowest to grow and your toenails are the slowest of all.

The only trick to growing your hair is getting regular haircuts and time, of course added care on top helps this. I personally use Neal's Yard Remedies (in England) which does a lovely hair treatment that you leave on either for an hour before washing or all night (I leave it on all night with my hair in a bun) and then wash it out the next morning when I'm having a shower (however, you can use coconut oil). Letting your hair get split ends is really bad because it 'peels' off at the end which causes the breakage and getting it cut promotes healthy hair growth.

As well as not using heat on your hair because that damages it.

TESTS TO CHECK HAIR HEALTH FOR BETTER GROWTH SPEEDS

You can check if your hair is healthy for good growth though at home using these methods. These help tell you the condition of your hair, we had to learn this because some salons do consultations before dying/styling your hair to check that it's healthy for the process.

Porosity test
Get one strand and do a 'pinch' movement with the hair between your thumb and index finger and slide your fingers up the stand of hair. If you feel bumps your hair you want it to be smooth. Having your hair be smooth means your hair cuticles (yes your hair has cuticles like your nails) are closely compacted together which means that the inner layers are protected. There is another method to do this that involves a glass of water and a strand, but we didn't get taught this because it isn't exactly practical to have a glass of water and to rip a customers strand of hair just to see it float in some water. LOL.

Elasticity test
Another test you can do is wet your hair slightly (use a spray bottle if you have one), get a few strands and tug on your hair. This is known as a stretch/elasticity test. You don't want it to be stretchy, because the more stretchy it is the more prone you are to breakage. You want it to be hard to tug on and not stretch at all. Don't use one strand because then it is going to stretch and cause you to think you got bad elasticity and easy breakage... And don't have your two hands so far apart because that can also feel and appear to look stretchy. You want about 5cm between your hands when holding your hair strands.

I would definitely see about going to a salon and seeing if a hair dresser can give you a style to help "cover" it up. You aren't the only one to have done something like this =)
