I know I know,I have posted about that bin like 5 times, but, some people says a 106 qt bin its 434 sq inches wich it’s not bad for a dwarf, but other people says it’s only 370 sq inches!,i measured it,and its like 434 sq inches, that means,29 inches long by 15 inches wide,n the bin it says it’s 33 inches long by 18 inches wide, that it’s like 644 sq inches, I connected it to another cage,it was the bigger bin I could find lol (it is 74 cm long by 38 cm wide, instead of 40 cm wide and 75 cm long lol)

Are you measuring the top or the bottom? How much height does it have?

I don't have that particular bin, but it must be smaller than the 110 qt (which is the smallest bin that's worth using as a long-term habitat), so I wouldn't recommend it.

it is around 420 - 450 sq inches,I think for a Syrian it’s not suitable so I at least connected to another bin,but I think it can work for a dwarf

Measure at the height the bedding will be. If you'll have 5 inches of bedding, measure the length and wideness 5 inches above the bottom og the cage, on the inside😊 . Multiply those by each other, and that will give you how many sq inches it is.
That will be a lot easier than searching on the Internet, where everyone has different opinions 😊
I do think your cage sounds small, even though you're connecting. Even for a dwarf, it will probably get bored fast. If you use it, make sure to provide lots of enrichment😊
Good luck!
