Cheeseburger!

mince meat (200g if your like me :) )
1 bun
Slice of Chedder cheese
Pinch salt/pepper/herb
1 Egg yolk
Other things you would like to add eg lettuce

1, In a bowl, place mince meat and egg yolk together, mix until combined, add salt, pepper and herbs
2, roll into ball shaped, flatten each so they resemble patties
3, turn on the grill or heat a pan ( add oil, for pan, refer to bottom of page)

(Grill instructions)
1, place buns on grill until lightly browned
2, put aside, place patties on grill and grill until browned on one side
3, flip over, place cheese to the cooked side and cook until cheese has melted and the pattie is cooked through
4, Begin construction of your burger!!

(Pan instructions)
oil, enough to cover pan, approx 1 tablespoon

1, Heat pan, place bun on to lightly brown it.
2, Add oil, place patties on, cook for 6 min (approx)
3, Flip, add cheese on cooked side, cook further until cheese has melted and pattie is cooked through
4, Construction time...

I have personally made this burger, any problems, please let me know :)

A special mothers day recipe!
Make her feel special!

Entree: Assorted fruit, arrange them in order
Mains: Pizza Omelette with sausage wrapped with bacon
Drinks: Hot Chocolate or Instant coffee or Orange juice or Aero's Chocolate esspresso Pot de creme

Entree:
Orange, Melons, apples and any other fruits
1, Cut them and arrange them any order, you may want to use a "melon baller" so you can make melon into ball shaped

Mains:
Pizza Omelette:
2 egg
1 tbsp oil
pinch salt
Tomato sauce
Cheese
3 toppings: eg ham, onion etc
Parsley or mint (optional)

1, Beat eggs and add salt
2, Turn element on high, grease pan with oil,
3, preheat oven on GRILL on 180 C
4, Drop a bit of egg to see if the oil is hot enough, if it starts to bubble, it's hot enough, turn element to low
5, add egg
6, once egg begins to set on the edges, use a spatula and lift the "set" side and let some egg fluid fill the space
7, repeat until nearly all egg fluid is set, Flip, cook until almost set, take off heat
8, Place ingredients on omelette in this order: Tomato sauce, topping and cheese, place it in oven
9, time for 10 min or until cheese has melted
10, take it out and leave on plate, before serving, fold the omelette in half and garnish with parsley or mint.

Sausage wrapped bacon
1 sausage
1 piece of bacon

1, Preheat oven to 200 C
2, Prick sausage 6 times with the fork
3, wrap bacon around the sausage
4, place into oven (Grill)
5, Time for 15 min or until bacon/sausage is cooked
6, Serve with Omelette
( It is advised to make the sausage before omelette, i just remembered lol)

For drinks follow the packets instruction or aero's post

Viola! Now serve them in stylish plates and a champaige glass, cutlery and a napkin!!
Serve them with Entree first, Mains with drinks and a bit more fruit to finish off.

Plain Vanilla Cookies with Icing.

225g - Plain flour
1 Teaspn - Baking Powder
100g - diced butter
175g - caster sugar
1 beaten egg
1 Teaspn - Vanilla essence
Icing of your choice
Sprinkles if you desire.

- Mix Flour with baking powder, butter, egg and sugar.
- Add 1 Teaspn of Vanilla Essence into the bowl.
- Mix well. (Mix until it shows a cookie like thingy)
- Put blobs (not too big) onto a greased tray and bake.
- Bake for 10 - 15 minutes at 190 degrees C.

I decide to throw in another recipe:

Baked stuffed potato

For 1 ( or if you are like me, you can eat 2 potatoes)

Ingredients:

1 or 2 potatoes

Cooked Bacon ----------------|
Spring Onion | Depends how much u want, varies
Onion (those big ones)------|
Herbs
Others if desire

1/2 Tblespn Milk
Some cheese

Method:

(Preheat Oven to 180 C)
1, Pierce each potato with a fork several times
2, Line paper in microwave, put potato(es) in.
3, Cook HIGH on 4 minutes, (+2 min for extra potato)
4, Cut potato(es) in half, careful of the steam
5, Remove all of the insides of potato and place into a bowl, careful not to break the shell
6, pour the milk into the potato and stir until no traces of milk is seen
7, Mix in the bacon, spring onion etc into the potato. Mixture should be light and fluffy ( gee, i like the word "fluffy" lol)
8, Carefully scoop it back into the shell
9, Sprinkle cheese on the top of each half of potato
10, Place onto place and into the oven
11, Yummy potato will be ready when the cheese melts!
Careful, it's really hot.

Recipe "made" (aka my way of making) tested and verified by.....
ME!

Please tell me any questions if u cant make or doesnt turn out right.

Hehe, I love this sandwich I made ever since I watched Barney on Junk Food. :P

It's called Ketchup Egg Sandwich

2 Bread
1 sunnyside egg or whatever it's called
ketchup

Fry egg,
Put egg onto bread,
Squirt Ketchup
Put other side of bread on
Eat.

It's fun to make junky food sometimes.

Btw Nelson, that cookie recipe is really good. It's like my only cookie recipe i have.
