That sandwitch reminds me of another recipe i made, similar to it!:
Egg on bun (serve 2)
Ingredients:
1 bun
2 eggs
2 Tblspn Tomato sauce
Some cheese ( depends)
Salt/Pepper to season
(Preheat oven to 180 C)
1, Cut the bread in half lengthwise
2, Scoop the inside of each half of the bread with spoon, careful not to break the edges. Leave a fair amount of space between the sides and the hollow.
3, Spread the tomato sauce in the hollow (1 tablespoon for each bun)
4, Crack an egg into the hollow
5, Sprinkle cheese over the egg, sprinkle with salt/pepper as well.
6, Place into heated oven for 15 min
Yummy!
Also this recipe was "done" by me, pls post questions if u have trouble

My version
A egg custard dish that is japanese.
For broth:
About 80 grams of Konbu seaweed
At least more than 1/2 of bonito flakes. I use half of the big bag of it...lol
And 3 cups of water
Ingredients:
3 Eggs
Duck(sliced thinny)
Salt and pepper to taste
Sauce:
Miso
Butter
Cream
Make the broth: Add seaweed to water. Wait until water is light green. Add as much bonito shavings as you like. Wait a minute, let it boil, and then strain it.
Beat three eggs. Wait until broth is warm and add about 1-1 1/4 cups of broth into the eggs. Mix to combine. Put it on little cups and steam it about 10 minutes or until the custard solidify to custard form. Add the raw duck slice on top, it will not sink. Cook until duck is cooked.
In a saucepan, and butter and cream. Then add white miso. Stir until it is in liquid sauce form. Wait until the chawan-mushi and the duck is cooked. Take it out of the steamer and then top it with the sauce.
A great japanese dish. Healthy too.

My cooking lessons have started, and I made PANCAKES!!

Crepes (Pancakes)
1/2 cup flour (standard)
1 tea spns of Baking Powder
PINCH of salt
1 egg
1/3 cup milk
Knob of butter
1, Pour flour into bowl, make a well in the center of the flour
2, Break Egg and pour milk inside the well, mix
3, Mix until lumps are all gone (and it should be watery too)
4, Heat Pan, grease with butter
5, Add a small drip of the pancake mixture in the pan, if it bubbles, then the pan's temperature is high enough.
6, Turn to med low heat, pour the mixture until it is 1/3 the way from the sides. Swivel the pan so the pancake mixture goes evenly to everyside (It needs to be thin so it cooks easily)
7, When the base is cooked firm enough, use spatula and flip (gosh, my hated part) and land on other side
8, Cook until lightly golden brown
9, Continue until all batter is finished
Note! Your first pancake isnt going to be ur best, bcs of the butter, it will be like frying it, but afterward will be better

Good luck!

Note: sorry but I use Grs. and °C, not Oz. and °F.

300 grs. flour
200 grs. raisins
120 grs. sugar
100 grs. butter
2 eggs
4 tablespoon of your favourite liqueur (or milk)
1 bag baking powder
1 pinch salt
lemon peel or vanilla flavouring
corn flakes
Mix butter and sugar, add eggs, mix well, then add flour and all other ingredients except raisins and corn flakes. Damp raisins in hot water, dry them and roll them in flour. Add them to the dough. Take a teaspoon of dough, roll it in corn flakes, put it on a plate covered with oven paper. Repeat until you end the dough. Cook the biscuits at 180°C for about 15 minutes.

500 grs. flour
200 grs. sugar
200 grs. butter
5 eggs
1 glass milk
100 grs. raisins
50 grs. candied fruit or chocolate chips
1 pinch salt
lemon peel
1 pinch cinnamon or vanilla flavouring
1 bag baking powder
granulated sugar
Damp the raisins in hot water.
Beat the butter until it's soft, add sugar, eggs, salt, vanilla or cinnamon, lemon peel, and add the flour gradually.
Add gradually the milk, then raisins dried and rolled in flour, candied fruit or chocolate chips and baking powder for last.
Put in a dove-shaped mould (if missing, any mould will fit) and spread with granulated sugar.
Cook in the oven at 200°C for about 30 minutes.

400 grs. flour
300 grs. sugar
150grs. butter
4 eggs
1 bag baking powder
nutella
alkermes (a red-colored liqueur, if you don't have it you can use cherry syrup diluted in water)
Beat eggs and sugar, add butter, flour and baking powder, mix well.
Make little balls with the dough and cook them in the oven at 180 °C for about 25 minutes.
Then make a hole in the balls, fill it with nutella, then match them 2 by 2.
Roll them in alkermes, then in sugar.
Don't they look like peaches?

I can post more if you want!
