I'm not going to make a complete hamster kit because a lot of these have other uses. Hamster-specific items are together. We have a human 1st aid kit that has gauze, heating pads, new gloves, etc., which I can also use for the hamster if necessary. And other stuff like olive oil, q-tips, aloe and towels are kept around the house because we use them all the time.
Buttercup, a normal bottle covered should work in a pinch, but maybe not a thin plastic one. You can also get these one-time use heat packs from 1st aid kits. I would cover these also, so they don't get chewed.

I need to know what it does so I can put why you need it in the kit
Chlorhexidine and/or Nolvasan are helpful.
Nolvasan is a solution whose active ingredient is Chlorhexidine (1,1'-Hexamethylenebis [5-(p-chlorophenyl) biguanide]) diacetate. It is manufactured by Fort Dodge Animal Health and is used as a disinfectant for animals. It is advertised to work against at least 60 different bacteria, fungi, yeasts, and viruses. You would want to use this for cleaning soiled areas (like pus/blood/feces etc on surfaces and in cages), especially for sick or hurt animals.
Chlorhexidine is an antiseptic that can be used to clean cages or surfaces where animals have or will be and usually used before and after surgery on Animals to disinfect and clean wounds/skin. This would be for the skin, it's like an animal version of rubbing alcohol or iodine for humans.

can you use clear eyes allergy eye drops?
I'd check on the ingredients very carefully, mostly because of a hamster's
sensitive digestive tract. any excess will be groomed off/ingested, so be
sure that human-type meds included in "allergy" drops won't be harmful
to a hamster. you could list the ingredients here for comments.
