Nutritionally and everything else, it's ok, but the problem is the possibility of it getting stuck in cheek pouches.
At least, that's what I've read, and I've heard this problem a few times before.

In small amounts Peanut Butter is fine but it should be used as a rare treat though.

Fun egg dish:
Fry a egg (perferable scrambled). Lay the egg on a plate. Use a cookie cutter to cut out fun shapes! Or be extra carfule and use a knife.

Frosted chew treats:
Make a simple dough chew in the oven (water, salt and flour. Syrian pumpkin has a video on her youtube channel) After they have done baking use a hamster safe yogurt and 'frost' the top. Make them look like donuts, pretzels, cup cakes and other sweet treats!

Version 2 (healther edition) (inspiered by choclatecolors26 aka syrianpumpkin!)
Mash up the hamster's food with some warm water (paste consistisy). After your chews are done baking put the food 'paste' on top as the frosting! The hamster will think he's getting a treat and it will look way cute!Posted Image For a certain color (or make it look like a certain flavore) pick out the same color of food like all red, green or all brown.

Salad with dressing:
Make a normal salad with yummy veggies. Then take the hammy safe yougurt and with a small spoon make it look like ranch dressing has been drizzeled over the top!

(I bet u can tell I like the idea of yogurt for decorations :D lol!)

Milkbone treat:
Take a milkbone in the mini size, or break a small size one in half. Take yogurt and 'frost' the top. You could also make hamster safe glue (flour and water mixed together) and glue on top little treats like sunflower, pumpkin seeds to the top.

hope all hammies enjoy Posted Image

Yeah, Scrambled or Boiled :P As long as you've thrown the shell part out. Actually you should feed egg every 1-2 weeks for protein.

You can feed to with or with out, I would give 1/4 of white part once a week. Or very small amount of yolk; the yolk is high in cholesterol, and very high in protein, Shouldn't be given often.

I have a home-made museli mix recipes for hamsters

my bottle contains:
- Oats and grains (these make up the main body of the museli blend) – instant oats, wheatgerm or any pre-mixed grain mix from health foods store
- Chopped nuts – pecans, macademia nuts, peanuts, walnuts
- Seeds and grains – flaxseeds (makes hamsters' fur shiny), pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds (in moderation), millet
- Dried fruits (add this for sweetness) – raisins, dried cranberries (chopped)

many of the dried fruits and nuts are leftovers from baking. and it can be cooked like raw oatmeal and make a healthy (though not so tasty haha) breakfast for humans.
