This is helpful! I just met a person online that houses to syrians together and that person doesn't believe syrians are solitary (he did read articles that syrians are solitary but never listens to them and still houses two female syrians together)! Sadly, I couldn't convince him even after using the guidelines, but this is super helpful!

I tend to find that people with improper care get VERY defensive and say stuff like 'well we love him/her' or 'well she has a great life I play with her and she goes around in her little ball she has free-roam'  (smh hamster balls are bad  :thumbsdown:  ) so maybe  try to take a more 'well I know you don't mean any harm' approach so the person you are correcting doesn't feel like they are being attacked and then maybe take a harder approach if they are still not listening.
